FOUNTAIN HILL, Pa. — A shooting on Monday evening has left one man seriously injured in Fountain Hill, according to local authorities.
Police confirmed they were dispatched just after 7:50 p.m. to the 700 block of Cherokee Street in Fountain Hill, Lehigh County, following reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
Emergency medical personnel quickly rendered aid at the scene before transporting the victim to a nearby hospital. His current condition has not been publicly released.
