AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn police have arrested Harold Rashad Dabney III, 32, of Montgomery, on two counts of capital murder in connection with the tragic and fatal stabbing of Dr. Julie Gard Schnuelle, 59, at Kiesel Park. Authorities report that the attack occurred on Saturday, September 6, 2025, around 2:00 p.m., when officers were called to Kiesel Park, Auburn’s largest public park, spanning over 120 acres.
