    The incident unfolded in the 2700 block of Leaphart Road, McCullough’s residence, after deputies received a 911 call reporting a gunshot wound. According to Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon, a witness told authorities they heard a “loud gunshot” following an argument at the home.

    After responding to the scene, deputies obtained a search warrant to examine the residence, where they recovered a firearm believed to be connected to the incident.
