Detectives determined that a Honda sedan, driven by an unidentified male, had been traveling westbound on Route 134 when, for reasons still unknown, it crossed over the center line into the eastbound lanes. The Honda then collided head-on with a GMC work truck driven by a 44-year-old Johnsburg man.
